Classes, workshops and events
Please note full payment for all classes, workshops and events is required on booking and is not refundable. You may transfer your booking to another eligible person provided that you inform us about the change in writing.
Treatments
Please note that all cancellations require 24 hour notice or full treatment fee is due. When booking for the first time we will require your credit card details to hold the appointment.
Private Yoga Classes

Alchemy Cancellations
Should Alchemy have to cancel classes, workshops, events, treatments, and/or private yoga classes for any reason a full refund will be offered.
Class Passes
All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for 3 months. After this they can be extended for one additional month for a £10 fee.
Unlimited Passes
1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year unlimited passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable. In special circumstances 6 month and 1 year unlimited passes can be extended at the Centre's discretion if notified in advance.
Please note: When you chose to pay by fixed monthly instalments for your unlimited pass you are agreeing these terms for the full period of your selected unlimited pass and these instructions can not be cancelled beforehand.
